Mr. Holloway has worked in direct sales for over twenty years. In that time he has worked for Arrow Electronics, Avnet Corp, FileNet, Hewlett-Packard and IBM. In addition to his sales career Mr. Holloway spent seven years working with Dale Carnegie & Associates as a sales course instructor. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wyoming in Industrial Technology (specializing in electronics and manufacturing technology).

In his career, Mr. Holloway worked in industries ranging from electronic component and network equipment distribution to software sales. As a proven enterprise sales achiever, Presidents Club was an annual tradition throughout his career. Mr. Holloway consistently ranked in the top 10% of his peers worldwide, finishing #1 worldwide in annual sales production on two separate occasions (1999 and 2006). His career in software sales spanned seven years and total revenue produced was $35 million.

As a sales trainer for Dale Carnegie & Associates Mr. Holloway has trained thousands of salespeople in the art and science of selling. He’s well versed in both transactional sales models as well as value driven business development. He has trained salespeople in industries as diverse as advertising, distribution, manufacturing, real estate, software and services.

In the Northwest Mr. Holloway has trained salespeople from very small organizations to extremely large Fortune 500 corporations. Some of the companies he’s worked with include Boeing, Expeditors International, Expedia, F5 Networks, Flow International, KING, KOMO, Howard S. Wright construction, Microsoft, and Windermere Real Estate.

Mr. Holloway’s volunteer efforts have taken him from central Mexico where he helps fund and build community centers in the poor outlying Colonia areas; to the streets of Seattle where he has worked with homeless and addicted youth assisting them in getting clean, sober and off the streets.
